When I started out on the journey to rebuilding my body I spent years and thousands of dollars on the process and made very little progress. But then I applied what I'd learned and started to block out the noise of competing advice. The result of that is to take what I consider to be the best of the best. Most of the trainers I've listed below are in broad agreement in the best way to train, which means that it is possible to pick and choose programs from them without setting yourself back.
